Each reservation at our Traverse City MI Lodging is important to us.

Check-in time is 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Eastern) please phone if later.
Check-in after 7:00 p.m. is subject to a $50 late fee payable at check-in.
Check-in after 10:00 p.m. is subject a $100 late fee payable at check-in.
In the event your reservation is a "NO-SHOW", your credit card will be charged for a 1-night stay of the reserved suite.
Check out is 10:30 a.m.
A 2-night minimum is required on weekends.
All reservations require at least a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. To ensure your room, please provide credit card information or send a check.
When a last-minute cancellation occurs, it affords us little chance of re-selling the space. Because of our small number of guest rooms and the cost incurred by the Bed and Breakfast preparing for your visit, this adversely affects us. Should situations arise requiring a change or a cancellation in your reservation, we sympathize, but must maintain a business policy and stand by our cancellation requirements.
If your plans change and you must cancel your stay with us, we will gladly refund your deposit, less a $25 administrative fee, if you notify us at least 14 days prior to your planned arrival. We cannot refund any portion of your deposit when you cancel within 14 days of your planned visit. A non-arrival, or early departure, for any reason, will be charged the FULL PRICE OF THE ENTIRE STAY.
A Breath of Heaven Bed and Breakfast is smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed on the property.
Please let us know ahead of time if you have any aversion to pets. We have dogs in residence in the private innkeepers quarters. So sorry, but no other pets are allowed.
All B&B rates are per night and do not include sales tax.
We have a two person limit per room.
To ensure a restful stay for all of our B&B guests, children are not allowed.
